The parent/carer has sole responsibility for the control, care, and safety of their child/children during sessions.

Under no circumstances will Let’s Get Messy Playgroup take responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions while on site.
Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking their child/children with them for any period.
We ask that you don’t take photos during the kids allowed messy play sessions. However you can take photos of your own child in all other sessions, this is to protect the welfare and safeguarding of others attending the session.
There is always a first aid kit on site and a fully qualified first aid member of the team during sessions. All accidents need to be recorded please alert a team member.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure their children/child does not interact with any material/food substance that may cause an allergic reaction or be contrary to religious or dietary beliefs.
We make every effort to support items that are either, edible, non-toxic/hypoallergenic. However we advise that all materials provided including food stuffs are not to be consumed by the children as some products (despite being edible) may present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents, allergic reactions or illnesses found to be directly attributed from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/carer in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying.
Let’s Gets Messy Playgroup reserves the right to require anyone child or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.
Please do not attend the session if the parent/carer or child/children are at risk of spreading infection. It is advised to avoid any contact within 48 hours of an illness i.e. sickness bug/diarrhoea. Let’s Gets Messy Playgroup reserves the right to ask the parent/carer and child/children to leave the session if we believe there is risk to others.
The parent/carer must always sign into playgroup for insurance purposes including health and safety and fire regulations.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance of sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours of the booked session.
